These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the website www.casafrontera.com and the services of Frontera Properties SL (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

   • "Customer": the person who books an apartment via our website or other communication channels.

   • "Services": the rental of apartments for vacation stays as offered by Frontera Properties SL.

   • "Website": the website where the Customer can consult and reserve the services.

2. Reservations and Payments 2.1 Reservations: A reservation can be made via our Website or by contacting us via email or phone. After receiving your reservation request, we will send a confirmation by email.

   2.2 Payment: All payments must be made as specified in the reservation confirmation. Reservations are only finalized upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Payment can be made via the payment methods listed on our website.

   2.3 Cancellations and Changes: The Customer can cancel or change a reservation according to the cancellation conditions stated in the confirmation. Any refunds or costs depend on the timing of the cancellation.

3. Obligations of the Customer 3.1 The Customer must comply with all house rules and regulations applicable to the rented apartment.

   3.2 The Customer must leave the apartment in good condition and is liable for any damage to the apartment or property caused during the stay.

4. Arrival and Departure 4.1 Check-in and Check-out: The Customer may access the apartment at the agreed check-in time and must vacate the apartment at the agreed check-out time. Times will be specified in the reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

   4.2 Documents: The Customer must present a valid identification document, such as a passport or ID card, upon arrival for legal registration purposes.

5. Liability 5.1 Frontera Properties SL: We are not liable for any damage, loss, or costs arising from the stay in one of our apartments, except in cases of gross negligence or intent on our part.

   5.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or deficiencies in our services caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Use of the Website 6.1 Intellectual Property: All content on the Website, such as texts, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Frontera Properties SL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

   6.2 Access: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website or services at any time.

7. Privacy and Cookies We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. We also use cookies on our website, as explained in our Cookie Statement.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes 8.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
